Hollywood Rent a Car - Privacy Policy Last updated: 2026. 1. Information we collect When you register in the app we collect your name, email and phone number. When you book we store the selected car, dates, pickup address and notes. If you add a profile photo, it is stored too. To send push notifications we also store your device notification token. 2. How we use data Data is used only to process your booking, contact you and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties. 3. Push notifications We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications. Your device token is processed through Firebase solely to send you notifications. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time. 4. Payments Online payments are processed via Epoint.az. Your card details are not stored on our servers; Epoint handles them securely. 5. Service providers Your data may be shared only with the providers required to run the service: Epoint.az (payments), Google Firebase (push notifications). 6. Data retention Your data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and device token are removed. Booking and payment records required by law may be retained for the applicable period. 7. Account deletion You can delete your account and personal data at any time from Profile > Delete account in the app. 8. Security We apply appropriate technical measures to protect your data. 9.
